Niche Boutique respects your right to privacy and confidentiality.
In the course of making purchases online you will be asked to provide certain personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit card number.
The information we collect is for the purpose of providing a better service and enhancing customer experience.
All information we receive from our customers is protected by our hosts secure server and is protected against unauthorised use or access. We do not store credit card information.
Niche Boutique is guided by Australian Privacy Principles and will not sell customer data or disclose private information to a third party unless required by law.
Payment Methods
Returns Policy
Products in Stock
We only list items we have in stock. If there is an unexpected error in our system and you order an item which is out of stock we will provide a full refund.
Change of Mind
We allow change of mind refunds where the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt and reaches us in its original and unworn condition, with original tags attached and in its original packaging. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by the customer.
If you wish to change an item after placing your order, and before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible so you will not incur postage costs.

No refund or exchange on Sale Items so please choose carefully.
Faulty Items
Our quality control processes ensure that all purchases leave us in perfect condition and we will do our best to ensure that they arrive to you free of any faults or damage. In the unlikely event of a fault with the item we will provide a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at via email at shop@nicheboutique.com.au or use Contact Form.
While we take every reasonable precaution when preparing items for postage we will not accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit by a third party after they have left our possession. See our shipping policy.
Shipping
We deliver all our parcels through Australia Post with tracking, Australia wide and offer free store pick up. We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
We have flat rate postage for all items via Regular Parcel Post with tracking. Express Post or Registered Post will incur additional fees accordingly.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any goods either lost or damaged during transit. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Niche Boutique.
Express Post
An express post option is available. This guarantees that your order will be shipped the same day (when placed before 1pm).
Delivery Time
Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days business days, depending on your location.
Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked ‘return to sender’ you will be charged a re-posting fee to send it to you again. If you return unwanted items to us by ‘return to sender’ a postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
